Unfortunately, Hub Manager Pro does not provide a way to delete a user pin that is not in the system. You may need to contact the manufacturer of your door system to delete the user pin.
Tech was here not a week ago and moved the Communications port to a new location in the office. It is connected via USB cable to my CPU. before it broke I had no problems but now I cannot do any upload/downloads on the system because it says the Seriel port is not available. How do I fix this, I can't find any information online.

If you're using Windows XP, you can press Windows Key +D to minimize it to the taskbar or in Windows 7, right click its icon on the taskbar and choose Minimize. These are the only possibilities to minimize the screen of the application.

No, there is no badge module for application. I've downloaded and installed the application, but there was nothing mentioned about badges. Once installed, the software gives you the possibility to check the built-in Help and so I did and searched for badges, but there was no topic listed which means it doesn't have support for such things.

Note: You can't reset the password for another user. Login with the admin one and then change it based on instructions after you gain access.
